uvex climazone is the innovative head-to-toe climate-control system. uvex has combined its expertise in research and development with the use of intelligent material and processing technology to create a unique range of climate-optimizing safety products, e. g. safety footwear.

uvex has been researching climate issues for a long time. In collaboration with wellknown institutes such as PFI (Pirmasens Testing and Research Institute e.V.), the University of Applied Science of Kaiserslautern or the Hohenstein Institutes, testing methods and devices were developed that allowed a comprehensive and well-founded measurement of climate characteristics.
