- Robust full-grain leather makes the shoe even more durable
- A number of recycled materials are used in the production of the shoe: The midsole is made of up to 10% recycled PU waste from our production processes, the insole board is made of up to 38% recycled polyester, the innersole is made of up to 72% recycled materials (PU foam, GRS-certified polyester)

uvex’s innovative new polyurethane sole technology – i-PUREnrj planet – returns the landing energy over the entire sole unit back to the wearer. The sole of the uvex 3 quatro features anti-fatigue technology which returns 68% of the energy in the forefoot area, 65% energy return under the heel and has a shock absorption level of 44 joules, 2.2 times higher than specified by the standard, supporting the musculoskeletal system.
Sustainable midsole for better endurance due to shock absorption and energy return
The innovative PU midsole material redefines cushioning and energy return, reducing fatigue. It consists of up to 20% recycled PU from our in-house production processes.
