uvex pronamic — the modern safety helmet
This modern sporty helmet not only protects the wearer in their everyday activities, but also features a unique, innovative helmet structure, with particular focus on sustainable material efficiency.
In addition to this innovation, uvex pronamic also offers maximum safety. It meets both the requirements of necessary standards (shock absorption, penetration, flammability) and the optional requirement of -30°C.
Application areas include the chemical industry, shipyards and refineries, building construction and civil engineering as well as scaffolding.

The design of the inside of the uvex pronamic helmet is inspired by bionics (namely the lily pad) and sets new standards in performance and ergonomics.

The uvex pronamic alpine combines perfect design with maximum functionality. Thanks to the seamlessly integrated helmet components, such as ventilation and the Mips safety system, it offers not only excellent protection, but also a sporty and dynamic look.
The uvex pronamic alpine is also dynamic in its possible applications: Customise the helmet to your individual requirements — whether with a visor for clear visibility, sun protection on hot days or hearing protection in loud environments. With the uvex pronamic alpine, you are always perfectly equipped, no matter what challenge awaits you.

uvex pronamic visors and visor systems
Half visor
The new uvex pronamic half visor offers maximum protection and, thanks to its modern and functional design, also allows prescription spectacles to be worn at the same time. In addition to the transparent lens, the tinted variant also offers sun protection. The visor can be easily removed from the helmet using a push button. The injection-moulded transparent peak fits the helmet seamlessly and provides protection against any particles penetrating the inside of the visor.
If the visor is not needed, it can be locked above the helmet shell, ensuring excellent wearer comfort and maximum freedom of movement. The polycarbonate visor lens is in optical class 1 and has an anti-fog and scratch-resistant coating. It also provides effective protection against ultraviolet radiation thanks to uvex UV400.

Full visor
With its sustainable pronamic visor system, uvex has developed an advanced solution that provides the best option for our new helmet range in terms of face protection. 100% protection but 13% fewer CO2 emissions help us live up to our ‘protecting planet’ motto. The click & pull system makes attaching the visor even easier. The visor and visor arm can be removed from the helmet at any time when in click-stop positions 3 and 4 (release position). The ergonomic joint system ensures maximum wearer comfort even when the visor is worn for longer periods.
The uvex pronamic visor system is available in different variants and versions, such as with or without chin guard, as a mesh visor or with protection against short-circuit electric arcs. All pronamic full visors are suitable for areas of application 3 (liquids) and 9 (molten metal and hot solids), while the SLB 1 and SLB 2 visors for protection from electrical arcs are certified according to GS-ET 29. The uvex pronamic mesh visor meets standard EN1731:2006-F.

Versatile accessories for uvex pronamic
uvex pronamic safety helmets are compatible with a wide range of versatile accessories. In addition to the specially coordinated uvex pronamic visors, other accessories from the uvex range can also be easily combined with the uvex pronamic safety helmets:
- Head torches: ideal for working at night or in generally dark areas.
- Cold/heat protection: caps and neck protection for use in extreme cold or sunlight
- Helmet earmuffs: for working in noisy environments; with the help of the uvex pronamic push bayonet adapter and the uvex pronamic pull bayonet adapter, the helmet earmuffs can also be combined with the uvex pronamic half visors and full visors.
- Additional accessories: pen holder, chin strap and much more.
